Spotlight On: MAX's Wine Dive - Fairview

Continuing on in its mission to provide patrons the rich flavors of fine dining without the stodginess of the experience, MAX's Wine Dive opens a shiny new Montrose location today! The Fairview "dive" is 2,400 square feet of MAX's signature rock 'n roll vibe and seats 120 patrons, 20 of which can dine happily outdoors on the establishment's front patio.

MAX's Fairview will stay open late to serve its haute Southern comfort food Fridays and Saturdays till 2AM. For a decadent brunch, don't miss their famous Fried Chicken and Maple Donuts and Red Velvet Pancakes with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting served all weekend long.

Test Kitchen Tuesday: Lunar New Year Edition Benefiting Asia Society Texas Center

Join the Asia Society Young Professionals - Texas and friends for a special Lunar New Year edition of Chef Rishi Singh's popular "Test Kitchen Tuesday."

Chef Rishi's Lunar Wings Savor "Lunar Wings," crispy jumbo chicken wings tossed with tangerine hoisin sauce, topped with toasted crushed peanuts and cilantro, and served with a gorgonzola dolce sauce for $7. This is just a taste of what's to come at Asia Society's delectable Leo Bar on February 6th featuring MasterChef Christine Ha.

You'll also have a chance to win tickets to Leo Bar or a signed copy of Christine Ha's cookbook, "Recipes from My Home Kitchen," a New York Times Best Seller.
