Spotlight On: Hungry's Café & Bistro

We're thrilled to announce we've landed the delicious role of agency of record for Hungry's Café & Bistro. After refreshing the nearly 40-year-old local fave's brand identity, we'll establish the look and feel for Upstairs, the highly anticipated bar and patio lounge overlooking the treetops on Rice Blvd. Watch for a major PR launch to follow. The Zulu team will now handle ongoing marketing and PR for both scrumptious locations in Rice Village and Memorial.

ZC Selected for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a $500 million national program designed to help small businesses in the U.S. create jobs and economic growth by providing entrepreneurs with a practical business education, access to capital and business support services. Our COO Josh Zulu will be attending learning sessions, networking events and business support clinics, and completing assignments to develop a tailored plan for growth prior to graduation. Special shout out to Ann Brooks of Black Swan Screen Printing for nominating us!

Be sure to stop by the OKRA Charity Saloon during the month of June and have a drink for our client Asia Society Texas Center. We've been a fan of Juan Carlos, the Montrose Rollerblade Dancer, since we first saw him shake his groove thang on the sidewalks of Allen Parkway. We liked him so much, we invited him to be our special guest performer at Phoenicia Specialty Foods' Grocery Get Down at MKT BAR last year. Since then, NBC producers spotted Juan getting down and invited him to audition for America's Got Talent! You can catch him on the show which airs every Tuesday at 7PM CT. He's already made an impression on the judges. Howie Mandel calls him "The Juan and only!"
